Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your workshop up to 72 hours in advance online or by contacting us via email at chanrotterdam@gmail.com. We are happy to help you find a new date. No-Shows: If you do not attend your booked workshop and haven’t contacted us in advance, we are unable to offer a refund or credit. Workshop Cancellations by Chan: Each workshop requires a minimum number of participants to take place. In the event that this minimum is not met, we will cancel the workshop 5 days before the scheduled date. If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
